When you're putting pen to paper for the very first time, it can be intimidating. You feel like you're in over your head, like everything you make is awful, like you'll never figure out how to be a good writer. These feelings of fear, inadequacy, intimidation can be so overwhelming that it puts you off of writing before you even start.
Even so, there is still a host of good writing advice available for free on the internet! However with the rise of AI slop, the dominance of algorithmic feeds, and the degradation of search engine quality, finding those resources can be quite the challenge.
Thankfully, the Foothills Writer's Group is here to help! Our Writing Resources are a mix of advice written by our members & Featured Content; essentially recommendations & links to the works of other creatives & online content creators.
